It hits me on a daily basis that this business is built and thrives as a relationship entity. This is a relationship business. Its is who you know that will get you in the door and WHAT you know that will allow you to get and thrive at the job. Its important to be kind and cordial to EVERYONE you encounter on any given project; Your PA today can be your Producer tomorrow. In the midst of being excellent in your niche on set, its equally as important to be cordial and classy; You "shuffle the cards, " but you never know how they're gonna land!

I am in metamorphasis mode right now. I realze that at this point, its all or nothing. Time to go all out. Put up or Shut up. Go Hard or Go home.  Be the Best, my personal best, to which none other can be compared. So at all cost I must in all things aspire to acheive my personal best (as you should). This is the true mark and measure of a man.
